Property Management Pre-Licensing Training

Our Property Management class is the finest in the State and we encourage you to check us out. It covers all the essentials you’ll need to know to pass your State exam. You’ll learn about managing properties that are single family in size to large Corporate office buildings

The State Real Estate Commission requires (40) hours of pre-license education. Also, our classes are designed to be small in an effort to ensure you’re receiving the personal attention you deserve.

The current cost of the course is $530.00 including tax. This also includes all materials.
