The South Dakota Real Estate Commission requires (24) hours of continuing education every (2) years. At least (12) of those hours must be in what are called Required hours.
It’s our goal every year to offer a wide variety of both Required and Elective Continuing Education courses from courses on Ethics and Agency to Mold and Meth.
We offer all of our courses in a classroom setting and they range from (3) hours to (10) Hours with most of them being (6) hours in length. A typical class cost $12.00 per hour plus tax.
Continuing Ed classes are paid for at the time of the class but we do ask that you contact the school to register prior to the time the class is being held.
